Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 150r platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the 150r platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Not prohibited by local or national laws from accessing online entertainment services.
- Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
150r reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time to verify a user's eligibility. Accounts that are unable to verify their eligibility may be temporarily suspended or closed at the platform's discretion.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 150r platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 150r account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party with or without your knowledge.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
- Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to the support team immediately.
150r will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the 150r platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to financial fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or technical interference intended to exploit the platform. The use of automation software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 150r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and all account balances are displayed in RM.
Deposit
Deposits into your 150r account can be made via Malaysian local payment methods listed in the Wallet section of the platform. Deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in the same user's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the transaction being rejected or the account being restricted.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account registered under the user's name. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the registered bank account details are accurate and up to date. 150r is not liable for any delays or loss of funds resulting from incorrect account information provided by the user.
150r reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold for security or compliance review purposes, including user identity verification. All transactions suspected of involving illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- All transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Deposits and withdrawals in the user's name only
- Third-party deposits are not accepted
- Security checks may delay withdrawals
- Inaccurate bank details are the user's responsibility
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
150r reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain cases:
- Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
- Suspected or detected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Providing false or misleading information during the account opening process.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's inactive account policy.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with the violating activity may not be refunded. Legitimate balances unrelated to the breach will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
Liability Limits
150r is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues beyond the platform's control, or third-party actions. 150r's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually held in that user's account at the time of the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and graphics on the 150r platform are the exclusive property of 150r or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from 150r.
The 150r trade name, logos, and brand may not be used in any context without written authorisation, including in marketing materials, social media, or public communications that could create the impression of an official affiliation with the platform.
Third-Party Links
The 150r platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Such links are provided for user convenience only. 150r has no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of those third-party services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
150r reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
